HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics across the country. You will support patient interactions, drive revenue through growth in patient flow, and coordinate daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in customer service or healthcare-adjacent roles, strong communication, and familiarity with scheduling software and EMR systems. On-site opportunities with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound calls, 50-75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect and verify medical insurance information.
• Ordering and receiving office supplies; payment processing.
• Uphold HIPAA standards and keep the office clean.
