HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide. You will support patient interactions, help ensure a positive experience, and assist clinics in hitting revenue goals by attracting new patients and coordinating administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; exceptional organizational ability; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound calls per day.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• PPI intake and processing.
• Collect and verify insurance information.
• Order and receive office supplies.
• Process payments.
• Manage hearing aid supplies inventory.
