HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support our retail clinics nationwide. You will enhance patient experiences, attract new patients, and coordinate patient interactions while assisting the clinic in meeting revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail and organization.
• Experience using scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound calls per day.
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• Process patient information and intake (PPI).
• Collect and verify medical insurance information.
• Order and receive office supplies; manage inventory.
• Process payments.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and keep clinic clean and organized.
