HearingLife in Elyria, OH is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide. You will help drive a positive patient experience by welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, and supporting clinic operations to meet revenue goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare admin, strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort with scheduling software and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and provide high level customer service.
• Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound calls per day.
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• Collect and verify insurance information; manage payments as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and keep the office clean.
