HearingLife is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to act as the face of our retail clinics nationwide, delivering a positive patient experience and helping clinics meet revenue goals. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate patient interactions, and support a fast-paced, high-service environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare-adjacent roles; college degree preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable using scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, 50–75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect and verify insurance information and process payments.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and keep the office organized.
