HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our nationwide retail clinics. You will support patient interactions, drive scheduled visits, and help meet clinic revenue goals while coordinating administrative tasks.

You will need 1–2 years in a related role, strong communication, and comfort with scheduling software and EMR systems. This is a full-time, in-person position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, administrative or healthcare roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide high level customer service.
• Handle 50–75 inbound/outbound calls daily.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Process patient information and insurance data.
• Manage office supplies and payments.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and tidy clinic operations.
