Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of our retail clinics and strive to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Support the clinic to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients and coordinating patient interactions.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and scheduling, verify insurance information, process payments.
