You will perform scheduling, insurance verification, and basic billing tasks, while maintaining HIPAA privacy and supporting the clinical team with responsive, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating on the phone and with patients.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, emails, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients and visitors.
• Handle front desk operations including check-in/out, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Review and follow up on referrals; update patient records and explain next steps.
• Ensure smooth patient flow by confirming appointments and managing waitlists.
