Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• One to three years customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software including e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for patient intake, for new and established patients.
• Greets patients in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Collects copays, deductibles, and co-insurances; balances daily financial batch.
• Utilizes practice management systems for documentation and scheduling.
• Answers calls within three rings and responds to messages promptly.
• Registers and schedules patients; assists with Phreesia check-in and checkout.
