Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional manner and assist with check-in.
• Handle copays, deductibles, co-insurances and deposits per protocol.
• Use the electronic medical record system to document patient information.
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar with sensitivity to patient needs.
• Assist with Phreesia check-in and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
• Maintain lobby and front-desk organization and support new employee training.
