Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Address patient questions via phone, in person, and the portal.
• Triage appointments to match patients with the correct specialists.
• Prepare patient electronic files, insurance verification, and prior authorization.
• Coordinate across teams to address patient requests and concerns.
• Greet patients and handle check-in/out for appointments.
• Support open houses and events.
