You will greet patients, answer calls and emails, verify insurance, enter data in EMR, prepare charts, collect co-pays, run reports, and help reduce no-shows while maintaining confidentiality and a patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn EMR systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a patient-centered service approach.
