Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with EMR software.
• Raintree knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Handle front-desk duties including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.
