STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming voice and face of the clinic. You will support patient flow, handle administrative tasks, and assist with patient care while maintaining smooth operations across reception, treatment, and storage areas.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of medical office receptionist experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems, including Raintree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of medical office receptionist experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with EMR software.
• Understanding of Medical Insurance Verification and Authorization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective interstaff communication.
• Maintain orderly reception and treatment areas.
