Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and preferred HUC program or certification.
• Experience with EHR systems, especially EPIC, is advantageous.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides organizational, receptionist, and clerical support to patient care units.
• Answers call lights promptly and communicates patient needs to nursing staff.
• Manages orders in the electronic health record (EHR) and supports the care team.
• Represents Mayo Clinic with professionalism and supports continuous improvement.
