The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic computer skills, EHR/EPIC familiarity, and customer service strengths.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HUC post-secondary program or HUC Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide organizational, receptionist, and clerical support to patient care units and the care team.
• Monitor and order supplies, answer patient call lights, and elevate patient needs to nursing staff.
• Assist with managing orders in the EHR and communicate with patients, visitors, and staff.
