Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary HUC program or HUC certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a medical environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
• Strong computer skills; EPIC/EHR knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational, receptionist, and clerical support to patient care units.
• Answer patient call lights promptly and assist nursing staff.
• Manage orders in the electronic health record (EHR).
