Mayo Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator to provide organizational, receptionist, and clerical support to patient care units. You will monitor supplies, respond to patient call lights, assist with orders in EHR, and collaborate with the care team across the continuum of care.

Strong customer service, keyboarding, and EPIC/EHR familiarity are required; flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and strong keyboarding skills.
• Working knowledge with EHR systems, EPIC preferred.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide organizational, receptionist, and clerical support to patient care units and health care team.
• Monitor and order supplies; answer patient call lights and escalate needs to nursing staff.
• Assist care team with managing orders in the EHR; communicate with patients, visitors, and staff.
