Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to serve as the point of contact for coordinating medical care and providing support to patients and psychiatric clinicians. The role ensures high-quality customer service for both in-person and remote patients, and requires strong multitasking and communication skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The position is full-time and located at 4000 Faber Place Drive, North Charleston, SC 29405, with a starting wage of $21.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to support delivery of high-quality patient experience.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Computer Software Applications (Microsoft Office & EMRs)
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential Information (HIPAA)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support to patients and clinicians.
• Promote excellent customer service for in-person and remote patients.
• Assist clinicians with patient care administrative tasks and referrals.
• Support telehealth access and patient portal issues.
