LifeStance Health in New York, NY is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care, support patients and clinicians, and ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients.

Starting at $25.25 per hour, with quarterly bonus potential, this full-time role focuses on operational excellence, patient support, and clinician assistance, including prior authorizations, records requests, telehealth access, and care coordination.

Competenze

• High School or equivalent required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare operations or customer service.
• Ability to handle confidential information and HIPAA compliance.

Mansioni

• Coordinate medical care and patient support including prior authorizations and records requests.
• Assist clinicians with administrative tasks (letters, faxes) and triage patient inquiries.
• Manage calls, telehealth access, patient portal issues, and appointment scheduling.
