LifeStance Health in Charleston, SC is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care and support both patients and psychiatric clinicians. You will ensure quality customer service for in-person and telehealth patients while handling routine administrative tasks.

The role offers starting pay at $21.00 per hour, with potential quarterly bonus/incentive. This is a full-time position located at 4000 Faber Place Dr Ste 110, Charleston, SC 29405.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems; HIPAA compliant.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians.
