Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 1+ year in healthcare operations or customer service.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office recommended.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: promote LFST culture, engage clinicians and staff.
• Patient Support: assist patients with prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, and telehealth access.
• Clinician Support: aid clinicians with administrative tasks and patient questions.
