Job summary

The Medical Services Coordinator at LifeStance Health coordinates medical care delivery, supports patients and psychiatric clinicians, and ensures high-quality service for in-person and telehealth visits. You will handle prior authorizations, scheduling, and patient communications to promote smooth care experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in healthcare operations or customer service, strong multitasking and communication skills, and comfort with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Professionalism and decision-making aligned with company values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and support clinicians in admin tasks.
• Provide high-quality customer service for in-person and telehealth patients.
• Assist with prior authorizations, scheduling, and records requests.
• Manage phone system and patient communications, including medication questions.
• Support clinicians with letters, faxes and coordination of care.
