LifeStance Health Inc. in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care, support patients and psychiatric clinicians, and ensure high-quality in-person and remote service.

You will handle prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, patient forms, telehealth access, appointment scheduling, and triage urgent requests while maintaining HIPAA standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operational Excellence: support clinician engagement and patient care quality.
• Patient Support: assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, and patient forms.
• Coordinate telehealth access, patient portal issues, and scheduling; triage urgent requests.
• Clinician Support: assist clinicians with letters, faxes, and patient questions; coordinate communications.
