Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients and their families as they arrive.
• Answers telephones, confirms appointments, and transfers calls as needed.
• Check in patients and collect updated information for the EHR.
• Maintain front-desk areas and prepare charts daily.
• Collect co-pays and close out the drawer at the end of the day.
• Explain sliding scale policy to self-pay patients.
