Job summary

Conviva Care Solutions is seeking a receptionist to greet patients, answer calls, and schedule appointments across multiple centers. You will support the medical team with administrative tasks and maintain confidential patient records using EMR systems.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 1+ year healthcare or customer service experience, and strong MS Office skills. A team player with a positive attitude and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare or related customer service roles preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for improving patient experiences.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Team player with a positive attitude and detail orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person and on the phone.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality (EMR/CRM).
• Answer inquiries and communicate information effectively.
• Keep work area tidy, stocked, and organized; provide admin support.
