Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet in-clinic arrivals.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative environment.
