Job summary

You will update patient demographics in the EMR, register new patients, and handle inquiries with professionalism. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquire critical demographic, financial and insurance information from patients in a professional, courteous, caring and compassionate atmosphere.
• Answer telephones in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments.
• Enter patient demographic information into the EMR.
• Verify and update patient demographic information.
• Register new patients.
• Address patient requests and inquiries.
• Resolve patient concerns.
• Return calls as necessary.
• Update registration and insurance information for existing patients.
• Perform other position related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to Solaris Health Code of Conduct and HIPAA regulations and complete annual compliance training.
