Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide exceptional front-office support. You will register patients, collect demographics and insurance details, and coordinate records while delivering friendly, courteous service to patients and staff.

The role requires the ability to manage high patient volumes, strong computer skills (MS Outlook/Word), and adherence to company compliance standards. On-site clinic environment with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CPR license preferred.
• 1 year medical office experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with high level of customer service.
• Input patient demographics and financial info at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance information at registration.
• Explain co-pays, deductibles, and coverage limits.
• Maintain knowledge of Fast Pace Self-Pay program and billing processes.
• Coordinate medical records and assist cross-training for back-office duties.
