Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• 6 months of office experience, preferably in a medical office.
• 6 months of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, in person or by phone.
• Act as liaison between patients, providers, and care teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Perform front- and back-office duties including scheduling, registration, and insurance verification.
• Maintain accurate documentation and EPIC/EMR workflow adherence.
• Support Providence's mission of compassionate, high-quality care.
