Job summary

The role offers onboarding and training, competitive hourly rates, and scrubs vouchers. Clinic hours vary and associates rotate 8-hour shifts across locations in Texas.

Qualifications

• One year of physician office experience or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of managed care is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, check in patients, verify information, and assist with insurance details.
• Maintain appointment schedules and verify referrals.
• Process payments and assist with billing inquiries.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with administrative duties and front desk operations.
