Audibel is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the friendly face of the clinic and guide patients on their hearing journey. You will manage schedules, patient accounts, and records, and help organize community events to engage patients.

Role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits accompany a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail role preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with Sycle, Pay Junction and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-office flow.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; update PMS as needed.
• Manage patient accounts receivable and deposits.
• Coordinate events and patient retention activities.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
