Job summary

Audibel is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the clinic, managing the front desk, schedules, patient accounts, and events. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless patient journey and a positive office experience.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, teamwork with the Clinic Team, and proactive patient engagement to drive retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with Sycle, Pay Junction, MS 365 or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; manage front-desk operations and schedules.
• Coordinate events and patient education; maintain patient records.
• Manage accounts receivable, deposits and billing in PMS.
• Support patient outreach and retention programs; ensure HIPAA compliance.
