US Eye in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Patient Care Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for patients. You will greet visitors, verify information, manage check-in/out, and support scheduling and front-desk operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, solid Microsoft Office skills, and prior customer service experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and maintain an organized, welcoming reception for multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.

• Proficiency in basic math and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and staff as they enter the practice.
• Verify information and assist with patient questionnaires and forms.
• Print daily schedules for team and physicians.
• Attend to walk-in patients and scheduling inquiries.
• Facilitate check-in and check-out, including co-pays and balances.
• Disseminate information via phone systems and computer software.
• Maintain orderly, clean reception areas.
• Complete reports and forms as requested.
• Support additional administrative duties as needed.
