Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients; monitor the reception area and assist as needed.
• Check-in patients, verify information, and answer questions about forms.
• Print daily schedules and manage appointment workflows.
• Attend to walk-in patients and handle scheduling inquiries.
• Collect co-pays and balances; complete essential reports and forms.
