Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, creating a positive experience while supporting efficient office operations and high-quality patient care.

You will welcome patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, answer phones, collect payments, support MyChart, and maintain accurate records, collaborating with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth, compassionate patient

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED or valid work permit for молодые applicants (if under 18).
• 1–2 years in medical/physician office or customer service is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Check in patients and verify registration and insurance information.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones and route messages accurately.
• Collect payments and support accurate billing processes.
• Assist with patient communications, MyChart support and paperwork.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day office operations.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
