Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors with courtesy and privacy.
• Acts as central communication source in patient care delivery.
• Registers patients and verifies demographic information according to policies.
• Schedules, reschedules and cancels appointments to accommodate patient and provider needs.
• Collects co-pays and processes referrals; maintains a welcoming reception area.
