Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and computer proficiency are required.
• Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and collect copay/deductible/coinsurance; explain consent forms.
• Assist patients with iPad check-in and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify language service needs and coordinate accordingly.
• Distribute films/CDs while ensuring HIPAA compliance and privacy.
• Collaborate with technologists/radiologists to maintain patient flow.
• Process mail and deliveries; support daily operations.
• Prepare spaces for next day’s appointments and flag issues.
• Maintain confidentiality for all patient groups.
• Enter and verify information in systems; respond to emergencies.
• Support care with machine utilization using waitlists/hold lists.
• Address patient/doctor concerns promptly and professionally.
• Keep management informed of any impactful situations.
• Stay updated on policy changes affecting daily work.
• Assist in patient interview process and scan room prep.
• Manage co-pay/petty cash and daily deposits.
• Perform related duties as required.
