Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect necessary copay/deductible/coinsurance, and explain consent forms.
• Assist patients with iPad check-in, troubleshoot, and provide feedback.
• Recognize when language services are needed and coordinate accordingly.
• Distribute films/CDs while maintaining HIPAA and privacy policies.
