LifeStance Health in New York is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care, support patients and psychiatric clinicians, and ensure excellent service for in-person and remote patients.

You will handle authorizations, scheduling, records requests, telehealth support, and pharmacy communications, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional communication. The role offers full-time hours, starting at $25.25 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year healthcare operations or service experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
