LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator in Eden Prairie, MN. This full-time role focuses on coordinating medical care, assisting clinicians, and delivering excellent patient service for both in-person and remote patients.

The position starts at $22.75/hour with potential quarterly incentives. Requires strong communication, multitasking, and HIPAA compliance; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate medical care as a point of contact for patients and clinicians.
• Provide patient support and ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Assist clinicians with administrative tasks including prior authorizations, records requests, and referrals.
• Manage phone line and respond to medication-related questions, refill and appointment requests.
• Ensure accuracy of patient pharmacy information in the medical record and support telehealth access.
