LifeStance Health in Richmond Heights, MO seeks a Medical Services Coordinator to serve as a point of contact for coordinating care, supporting patients and psychiatric clinicians, and ensuring high-quality service for in-person and remote patients.

Qualificações

• Must multitask and prioritize to deliver high-quality patient experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems; HIPAA compliant.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians for in-person and remote care.
• Assist clinicians with administrative duties, including letters, forms, and referrals.
• Answer phone inquiries, manage patient information, and support telehealth access.
• Support patient portal access and troubleshoot problems; triage urgent issues.
• Coordinate external referrals and communicate with medical staff and pharmacies.
