Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to serve as a point of contact for coordinating medical care, supporting patients and psychiatric clinicians, and delivering high-quality in-person and remote service.

You will handle prior authorizations, scheduling, records requests, patient forms, and triage urgent requests, while ensuring accurate information in the EHR and smooth communication among patients, clinicians, and pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to support delivery of high-quality patient experience.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience in healthcare operations or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and assist clinicians with administrative tasks.
• Handle prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Manage patient forms, scheduling, and telehealth access.
• Ensure accurate entry into the EHR and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Support phone system and respond to patient inquiries.
