Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and provide support to patients and clinicians.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, and appointment coordination.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and document communications.
