Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 2 years of equivalent experience required; 3–5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and direct to the correct person.
• Manage Outlook Calendar for providers in the clinic.
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling.
• Prepare charts and obtain records for upcoming clinic.
• Prepare FMLA/Disability paperwork as directed.
• Coordinate inventory and orders.
• Train new employees or internal transfers when needed.
• Coordinate patient scheduling including appointments and procedures.
• Assist in documenting notes and orders in the EMR.
• Assist with pre-visit planning and patient registration.
