Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage in population-appropriate communication and provide care instructions to patients and families.
• Answer telephone and direct calls; manage provider calendars and scheduling.
• Assist providers in documenting notes and orders in the EMR; maintain patient records.
• Verify patient information at registration and collect co-pays; prepare charts and records for upcoming clinics.
• Coordinate scheduling for appointments, surgeries, and tests; review daily schedules and communicate changes to leadership.
• Manage inventory and supplies for the clinic; assist with registration, pre-auths, and pre-certifications.
