Job summary

You will interact with patients before and after visits, manage calendars in Outlook, assist with EPIC/EMR entries, and help coordinate pre-authorizations and chart preparation across clinic sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum: 2 years of related experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking in clinic scheduling and registration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador of care for patients before and after visits and support clinics and providers.
• Assist in scheduling, registration, and data management to improve patient satisfaction and departmental workflows.
• Document notes and orders in the EMR and assist with pre-authorizations and chart preparation.
• Train new staff and handle supplies and inventory within the clinic.
