Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound calls, 50–75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect and verify medical insurance information for patients.
• Hearing aid supplies inventory management; ordering and receiving office supplies.
• Maintain HIPAA standards.
