Accendra Health seeks a Branch Coordinator in California to deliver exceptional patient service by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received and processed timely, while securing necessary billing documentation for health insurance plans.

The role requires interacting with patients, providers, and colleagues to resolve issues, verify insurance, and process payments efficiently. Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $23 depending on experience and location.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Two years of office/healthcare/call center experience preferred.
• Experience using a multi-line phone system preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information; troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and manage documentation for billing health plans.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and obtain health plan authorizations as required.
• Review patient accounts and bill health insurance plans; collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient and referral satisfaction calls and assist with data entry and record updates.
