Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator in California. You will support patients and providers by phone and in person, ensuring orders are processed accurately and insurance documentation is obtained for billing. You will collaborate with the branch team to resolve inquiries and ensure timely service.

The role involves handling equipment orders, verifying insurance, and processing payments while providing excellent customer service to patients and referrals.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related work experience.
• Two years in office/healthcare or call center preferred.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Strong English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls; provide information, troubleshoot issues, and route to appropriate teams.
• Process branch duties: create orders, review systems, confirm deliveries, verify insurance.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and obtain authorizations.
• Review patient accounts, bill insurance, and manage daily receivables.
• Conduct outbound patient satisfaction calls and assist with data entry.
